Thai Restaurant, Bo.Lan (Sukhumvit Soi 26, 02-260-2962-3) has revealed its new Balance menu (B1,680), consisting of dishes like yam chakram with goong mae naam Ayutthaya (grilled Ayutthaya prawns with Samut Songkram samphire leaves in spicy salad), lon pla in-see kem nam nok kratar (salted mackerel simmered in coconut cream with prawn and charcoal-grilled local quail). Available until Feb. Equally exciting is news of their first farmer’s market this Sat (Jan 14, 9:30am-2:30pm). There’ll be organic and artisan products to sample and buy, plus they’ll be giving away free seeds to grow on your own. Just bring your own bags.
