If you’re among the unlucky ones who suffer daily from office syndrome, perhaps it’s time for you to join a workout class to help relieve that annoying problem. Jetts Fitness, Bangkok’s newly arrived 24-hour fitness club from Australia is turning their gyms into a “grown-ups playground” by launching “FX Training,” a functional full-body workout that focuses on stamina, endurance, balance and flexibility to help improve your daily movements and body posture.

Set to last for 45 minutes, the workout focuses on whole muscle units rather than targeting a specific part. This involves basic exercises and interval training such as squatting, pulling and pushing that mimic your everyday movements, which not only will help improve your body balance, posture, heart and lungs, but also strengthen your muscles and joints, as well as relieve muscle ache in your neck and shoulder caused by the many long hours of working in front of the computer.

For men and women of all ages, each FX Training class is administered by professional trainers and features a wide range of equipment for you to have fun and let loose.

Membership at Jetts is B1,500/month or B15,600/12 months.

Available at all seven Jetts Fitness clubs in Bangkok—Suanplern Market (Rama 4), The Scene (Town in Town), Nawamin City Avenue (Kaset-Nawamin), Stadium One (Chula), The Phyll (On-Nut), Silom Connect (Chong Nonsi) and The Street (Ratchada). Visit www.jetts.co.th to book a class.
