A short film festival that started in Australia and has become a huge event attracting tens of thousands of people and big-name stars. For its Southeast Asian first, Tropfest will be under the theme rice. You can shoot your film with a phone, or anything, as long as it’s cool and the theme makes an appearance, if only fleetingly (such as a single grain of rice on a table somewhere).
