Halloween has become "dress slutty" day in the US. Here, we never knew what it was meant to be to start with.

1. It's not like half the city doesn't cross dress every single day of the year.

2. Or hire pretties in ultra-sophisticated, over-the-top outfits only once a year.

3. We're horny every day in the Big Mango.

5. And we love to dress up.

8. Even though some of us are still very confused about what the whole Halloween thing means.

9. You can count on 50 people all dressed as the Joker on Khao San Road.

10. And local celebrities going all Heidi Klum.

Like Lydia Sarunrat's sexy zombie...

Davika Hoorne's Indian zombie...

11. Even the slow-life music festivals will have tenuous Halloween themes.

12. The cinemas will show even more cheesy horror movies than usual—which is hard to believe.

...And no one does cheesy horror movies better than Thailand!

13. And some places will actually get the whole Halloween spirit just right.

To get your Halloween started early this year, head down to K Village from Oct 30-Nov 1 for Halloween Festival 2015. Kids and grown-ups are both welcome at this three-day, ghoulish celebration filled with food trucks, costume contests, spooky games and live music. In the adult zone, you'll find pitchers of Singha beer, party games and a Halloween photo booth to share your memories with friends, while children are taken care of thanks to a spooky farm play area filled with fun activities in a safe environment.
