Bangkok's having one of its best years ever for international concerts, and here's another name we're almost positive we can add to the list: Chvrches. Yesterday, Tiger Jams and Fungjai announced the news of their latest music event, Center Stage, with the following poster:

Fans online have been quick to point out that the blurred-out text in the center of the image almost definitely spells out Chvrches.

If that's the case, it appears the Scottish synth-pop band will finally make its debut Bangkok appearance (they canceled back in 2014), joining local indie rockers Polycat, Somkiat and Jelly Rocket, as well as new talents Monkey Business, Mirrr and 23'0. Visual artists and DJs Dudesweet, Eyedropper Fill and Tuna Dunn will also take the stage for what looks like a huge night of quality live music.

The concert is set to take place on Sep 3 at BITEC Bangna Hall (88 Bang Na-Trat Rd.), with tickets on sale now here with earlybird tickets at B700, regular admission at B1,000 and B1,500 on the door.

Chvrches are are known for hit songs like "The Mother We Share" and "Leave a Trace". Since its formation in 2011, the three-piece band consisting of Lauren Mayberry (lead vocals), Iain Cook (guitar, bass) and Martin Doherty (synths) have been nominated for NME Awards and Brit Awards for Best New Band and British Breakthrough Act.
