Ultraman Run

This new family-friendly fun run, taking place at Lumphini Park on May 28, is themed around the popular Japanese action figure and offers 2.5km and 5km distances for an easy going morning of exercise. Register at bit.ly/1RLs0Sw.

Swing Dancing at The Hop

The city’s biggest swing dancing group holds six-week courses ranging from beginner to intermediate. Beginner classes run both Thursday and Saturday, while Thursdays also feature a beginner’s jazz step (improvisation) class. There’s also some alcohol on offer for anyone who’d like to put a little more jazz in their step up or simply needs some little liquid confidence. Classes are every Saturday at 8pm, entry is B200 and includes a beer or soft drink.

Amped Bangkok

Bangkok’s newest trampoline park has come all the way from Singapore to Phra Khanong, joining the gym community at Training Ground. The 10,000-sq-foot playground is split between a public zone and three private rooms for group sessions. Plus, there are trained staff onsite at all times who will teach you the basic moves completely for free.

MERK Charity Run
