Downloading the app is free, and users can order any amount of food and at multiple stalls, as long as the orders are from the same hawker center or coffee shop located within the vicinity of their postal code. A $3 surcharge applies on orders below $12 and delivery fees start from $4.50. Using the service can be expensive if you're going solo (though about the same as Deliveroo), so gather your friends and colleagues for a more cost effective lunch/dinner.
