The Sukosol Bangkok has just launched a new crab feast, running every evening from Sun-Tue, at the hotel’s Patummat Restaurant—helmed by Executive chef Christophe Maillard. Inside, you’ll find a lengthy buffet filled with all things crab, including fresh blue crab, soft-shell crab and snow crab.

There is also a wide array of seafood stations featuring sushi and sashimi, and zestier cooked dishes like crab in yellow sauce, choo chee crab curry, stir-fried snow crab leg with your choice of sauce and som tam puu ma (spicy papaya salad with raw blue crab).

But the menu goes well beyond your typical Thai-Chinese offerings, it also pairs heaping portions of crab with international favorites, such as the crab and avocado salad, salmon and crab rolls and crab and leek tarts.

In addition to the mega crab selection, you can also gorge on fresh-made pastas from a live cooking station and piles of crunchy greens at the salad bar. And, yes, there’s a huge dessert selection to help soothe your not-so-secret sweet tooth.

477, Si Ayuthaya Rd., 02-2470-123 (ext. 1820). Open daily 05:30am-10:30pm.
