Je Ngor makes food with passion. Following the encouragement of close friends who loved her dishes, she took their advice and opened her first restaurant in 1999. The rest is history.

Sixteen years later, Je Ngor’s Kitchen spans 11 restaurants across Bangkok, but Je Ngor makes sure standards remain as high as the day she opened.

Customer satisfaction and fairness also remain her top priorities, ensuring her guests savor a memorable meal on every visit. The restaurant’s reputation even extends beyond Thailand. Je Ngor also operates a cooking school to pass on her knowledge and love cooking.

Visit Je Ngor while it takes over the Guest Gourmet Corner at FoodLoft, Central Chidlom, to savor her famous savory dishes including stir-fried sliced morning glory, somtam with marinated crabs with their eggs, fried mantis shrimps with garlic, and puek hima (deep fried, sweetened snow taro).

Best of all, Je Ngor will be presenting the recommended dish, sen mee phad grached (fried rice vermicelli with mimosa and prawns), a dish first invented by Je Ngor that's now a national staple. Exclusively for FoodLoft,  Je Ngor will serve its signature classic with river prawns.

The Je Ngor Guest Gourmet Corner at FoodLoft lasts through Aug 31, 2017

Foodloft, 7/F, Central Chidlom, 02-793-7070.
