Fruit-focused dessert cafe Homsuwan Pinapina is all about one ingredient: the eponymous breed of pineapple developed and grown in Prachuabkirikhan.
 
Boasting higher vitamin C and fiber content alongside a sweet-and-sour flavor and mouth-watering aroma, homsuwan pineapples won three stars in the International Taste & Quality Institute's Superior Taste Award 2016.
 
Taste it fresh with the Homsuwan Fresh Treatment (B95), which features a cube made of 27 smaller pineapple cubes and served with three dipping sauces: lemon, strawberry and the regular mix of salt, sugar and ground chili. Or get the grilled pineapple slice with vanilla ice cream, caramel and maple syrup (B145).
 
Also try the signature bingsu, made with shaved frozen pineapple juice, pineapple ice cream, fresh pineapple cubes and coconut cream (B135).
