To keep things ticking before it opens its proper food court, the newly-revamped Siam Discovery has gathered food trucks and flea market regulars for a temporary food and drink zone on the fourth-floor. Called Co Food Lab, the space keeps things minimal with only a few vendors and a grab-and-go area. 

Mango-specializing truck Manhattan Mango serves the likes of Soho Chicken (deep-fried chicken with rice, B85) and Salsa Harem (mango salsa with tortilla chips, B120), while blending mulberry and mango in the Mangorrismo smoothie (B115).

Moon Taste serves soups from B115 while Tamkatiew highlights tom yum noodles with toppings like cheese, crab meat and soft-boiled egg (B99-199). You'll also find Uncle Boss’s signature cheesy Waffdog (waffle, sausage and raclette cheese) at B249, too.

For something sweet, Plaisir (formerly Park Cuisine), whIch boasts Lenotre team cred, presents French pastries, Deerato does cutesy ice creams with free toppings.
