BANGKOK VENUE

The Emquartier

Bangkok's latest shopping mall features Southeast Asia's tallest man-made waterfall and a host of new luxury brands.

This new shopping mall is part of The Mall Group’s B20 billion restyling of the Phrom Phong area as Em District, a development of hotels, premium offices, luxury residences and entertainment facilities. In it, you’ll find a collection of high-end boutiques including flagship stores from MCM, Jimmy Choo, Valentino, Sephora and A Bating Ape, plus cult Asian brands Stylenanda (Korea) and Beams (Japan).

The striking development features the tallest man-made waterfall in Southeast Asia, at 40 meters high, as well as vast open green spaces scattered across its multiple stories.

As well as the luxury shops, there are also plenty of new restaurants, ranging from the new project by local high-end Japanese favorite Mugendai to the Bangkok debut from French macaron legend Pierre Herme. There’s also a new delicatessen called The Emquartier Gourmet Market, which promises luxury food produce from around the world.

Entertainment is provided with the new IMAX theater, Quartier Cineart by Major Cineplex Group, and the world-class fitness center Virgin Active, which features a club lounge, huge indoor pool and spa.
