David Laris adds a string to his bow with high-end but casual Shanghainese restaurant Le Sheng (乐笙). It's just a bit different from your average "re nao" ben bang joint, with soft lighting, attractive decor and an impressive cocktail list, but the food is spot-on thanks to local chef Fang Chao.
