After a short hiatus, Mikkeller's popular weekend brunch is coming back on Sep 1 (11am-3pm).

While the one Michelin star restaurant is known for its exclusive fine dining experience upstairs, the Ekkamai hotspot knows how to chill on the weekend. Collapse on a beanbag in their leafy garden with special beers on tap and a full line-up of mouthwatering breakfast staples. 

You can expect to see the return of chef Dan Bark's famous waffles, made from coconut milk and corn starch—varieties will include crispy fried chicken (B340) with maple syrup; eggs Benedict (B320) with crispy bacon; smoked salmon and cream cheese (B340); and stout and banana (B320). There will also be other items like chicken wings, smoked barbecue ribs and black garlic beet salad, as well as fresh-based maple syrup and bacon chocolate chip cookies (B100). 

It wouldn’t be brunch without drinks, and Mikkeller delivers with a special two-hour free-flow deal covering craft beers and bloody Marys for B1,200.
