Hot on the heels of its first anniversary, the Hilton Pattaya (Pattaya Beach Rd., 038-253-000, pattaya.hilton.com) has just launched a new rooftop wine n’ dine space called Horizon. With a contemporary design by renowned firm DWP, the 1,390-sq-meter lounge sits atop the hotel on the 34th floor, and with three private dining rooms offers arguably Pattaya’s most stunning panorama.
