As part of Thai Airways' 55th anniversary celebrations, the airline has teamed up with chefs Dylan Jones and Bo Songvisava, the husband-and-wife duo behind Bo.Lan restaurant (ranked 37th in this year's Asia's 50 Best Restuarants), for a new menu exclusive to flights from Singapore to Bangkok (but not vice versa) until Aug 15

In keeping with Bo.Lan, the new recipes draw on traditional, seasonal Thai flavors derived from ancient recipes, like kaffir lime and lemongrass-infused puffed rice, fish curry and stir-fried pickled turnips.

The menu is being served to both economy and Royal Silk passengers on all Singapore to Bangkok flights except TG402. More information at ow.ly/NRaFF
