After rolling out the 4.3-inch Sony Xperia S last month, the Japanese manufacturer is now preparing to unveil a further three models: Xperia P, Xperia U and Xperia Sola. Xperia P (B14,990) comes with a 4-inch screen boasting a clearer view under sunlight, and an 8MP camera. Xperia Sola (B11,990) is slightly smaller with a 3.7-inch screen and 5MP camera. Its highlight is the floating touch feature that allows you to browse without touching the screen—designed especially for gaming. Xperia U (B9,900) is the smallest in the series with a 3.5-inch screen and 5MP camera, but offers changeable back covers in a range of colors. All phones run on Android 2.3.7.
