May Chow might be only 32 years old, but the founder of Hong Kong’s Little Bao restaurant was just named Asia’s Best Female Chef 2017. Partly responsible for the global phenomenon of fusion bao, the traditional form of Chinese steamed bun, May also opened her second branch of Little Bao here in Bangkok last year. Here, she talks about her food journey and where she hopes to take her brand next.
