The annual World Gourmet Festival returns for its 17th time to Anantara Siam this Sep 19-25.

This year's event includes 17 dinners, a sake master class and a Sunday brunch. The line-up includes chefs with two-Michelin-star cred like Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur in France, Anthony Genovese of Il Pagliacco in Italy, and Shinji Kanesaka of Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo and Shinji by Kanesaka in Macau and Singapore.

But if you've had your fill of French, Italian and Japanese cuisines and are feeling adventurous, try a meal by Ana Ros of Hisa Franko in Slovenia (also featured in David Gelb’s Chef’s Table Season 2) or Dharshan Munidasa of Ministry of Crab in Sri Lanka.
