Here's a new reason to visit Mikkeller’s cozy house during the daylight hours: a brunch that pairs waffles with craft beer.

Every Sunday from noon-5pm, Upstairs at Mikkeller’s chef Dan Bark whips up his crispy waffles, made using corn starch and coconut milk, which he serves with delicious toppings. Options include the Eggsellent Benedict (eggs, bacon, tomatoes and hollandaise, B220), the crispy-crusted tender fried chicken and maple syrup (B220), smoked salmon and cream cheese (B260) and banana and stout jam (B240). Don’t overlook the pickles (B50 each), either.

To match with the early-ish brunch vibe, taps on offer include Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast stout (B190), Spontancassis lambic and Zeffer Hopped Up Pippin cider (B170).
