Zuma (1/F, The St. Regis Bangkok, Ratchadamri Rd., Bangkok, 02-252-4707. BTS Ratchadamri) has finally brought its Baikingu Brunch (B1,280, Sun 11am-3pm) to Bangkok. Inspired by Japanese izakaya (drinking food), highlights include a vast array of oysters, tuna tataki, homemade tofu and soba as well as an open sushi/sashimi counter. Meanwhile, wine and Champagne start at B700 and B2,300 by the bottle, respectively.
