French restaurant Savelberg (#28 in our Top Tables guide), helmed by the Michelin-star-collecting Dutch chef Henk Savelberg, has just rolled out a Sunday lunch menu. Priced at B4,000/set, the menu comprises five courses, paired with half a bottle Champagne.

Expect modern French-influenced dishes like langoustine with different preparations of organic tomato, fried langoustines, sweet and sour cucumber, Pata Negra and clear gazpacho; lukewarm oyster, saffron foam, spinach, with caviar; grilled North Sea turbot, white asparagus, morels, green peas and morel; saddle of lamb, green herb crust, garlic, eggplant, bell pepper, artichoke with lamb sauce, and strawberry Cremeux, lychee parfait, fresh strawberries, rose and a sparkling strawberry Champagne.

The menu is available from noon-2pm every Sunday. People who don’t drink Champagne can take a non-Champagne option at B3,500.
