This Jul 8 from 7pm, Japanese chef Hideaki Sato, of Hong Kong's Ta Vie restaurant, will present a six-course dinner with wine and sake from B5,000 at Ku De Ta.

Chef Sato, who was formerly chef de cuisine at the kaiseki restaurant Tenku RyuGin in Hong Kong (#24 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2015), is the co-owner of the recently opened Ta Vie. There, he draws on his five years training at Hermitage de Tamura in Karuizawa to imbue a French menu with Japanese touches using Asian products and ingredients.
