Chef James Sharman’s One Star House Party project sees a team of ex-chefs from Noma in Copenhagen and The Ledbury in London traveling the world to 20 cities in 20 months to organize a week-long pop-up in each place they visit.

Their journey started in September, and so far they’ve cooked in Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City. Their next stop: Bangkok.

Right now, the chefs are already searching for ingredients somewhere in Thailand to prepare for a series of dinners from Nov 27-Dec 3 at Banyan Tree Bangkok’s outdoor lounge Latitude (Banyan Tree, 21/100 Sathorn Rd.).

Dinner sets you back US$120 (roughly B4,190) and can be booked from Nov 16 at bit.ly/2fgu7CB
