Chef Christian Ham started his career at the age of 14, in a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Alsace (Au Crocodile, in France's Northeast). He's 34 now, and spent nearly all his time in Michelin-star kitchen. So we're pretty excited about his arrival (last December actually) at D'Sens. D'Sens is the only restaurant BK  has given five stars to in the past couple years.

Before meeting the Pourcel Brothers who are behind D'Sens (and have two Michelin stars of their own in their Southern French restaurant Le Jardin Des Sens), Ham worked at Taillevent (in Paris, three stars), L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon (Hong Kong, three stars) and many more presitigious names.

In our opinion, this makes Ham the highest profile chef permanently located in Bangkok. We can't wait to try his food.

Reservations can be made at 02-200-9000.
