After downing the operating time of Taper to weekends only from 10am-3pm, Culinary Institute of America graduate Tatchapon “Toon” Choomduang is using the extra time on his hands to run various cooking classes from the restaurant's kitchen.

Rather than the more sophisticated dishes from Taper's brunch menu, Chef Toon Cooking instead focuses on simple dishes that can be made at home like waffles, pastas and soups.

Every student gets to experience the cooking hands-on as class numbers are tightly limited to no more than five students. Each class runs from about 10am-3pm, covering three recipes and lunch cooked by the chef, with prices starting from B3,500 per person.
