Fans of the chef couple behind Bo.Lan (42 Sukhumvit Soi 26, 02-260-2962) and fans of non-buffet brunches that truly bridge breakfast with lunch will both rejoice now that Bo and Dylan have a day job (that’s remarkably like their night job). The celebrity chefs are serving up a Western brunch with an emphasis on quality ingredients and simple cooking at the RMA Institute (238 Soi Namthip 2, Sukhumvit Soi 22, 02-663-0809) a non-profit art space and gallery with a little outdoor café.
