Freebird Garden Party
On Mar 26, Freebird opens up its backyard for the second edition of its garden party (B1,250 per person). Starting from noon and continuing till 9pm, the party will take the form of a laid-back barbecue with dishes like grilled chicken, prawns, chicken wings, squid and roast pork belly, all cooked up by chef Dallas Cuddy. What’s more, Australian chef Jess Barnes (Opposite Mess Hall) will be joining as resident chef. Expect special cocktails as well as beer and wine packages, too.
