Restaurant chain Sushi Hiro has broken into the dessert game with the creations of chef Ueno Katsunori and chef Dej Sangsrichan. The sweets shop recreates the fluffy and jiggly pancakes from Hokkaido and has flavors like tiramisu (pictured above), chestnut montblanc, and mixed berries (starting at B175).

What this tiny Brooklyn-inspired brunch spot lacks in size it makes up with tasty flavors. Their banana caramel pancake (B180) is served all-day alongside a variety of other breakfast items.

Mokuola Hawaii and their Island-Inspired Dishes

The Hawaiian-fusion, Japan-hailing chain restaurant has a variety of pancake creations including their savory Loco Moco hamburg with pancake (pictured above). Having such a wide range of pancakes (starting from B170) means there is a dish for any time of the day.

Apbo Cafe's Strawberry Souffle Pancakes

Apbo has capitalized on the fluffy pancake trend by introducing their strawberry souffle pancakes (B195) which are nearly twice as thick as your ordinary pancake. The dish is light and airy with a variety of fresh berries that will leave you feeling satisfied and comfortably-stuffed.

Panary Cafe's Dutch Baby

This puffed pastry is a simple standout that will make you wonder why more pancakes aren't baked. Panary's wide range of flavors spans savory Korean-inspired kimchi cheese (B190) to the Bananalicious (pictured above, B155) and the Dutch baby pizza (B170). If Dutch style isn't your thing, Panary also serves regular ol' hotcakes (starting at B165).

Do-It-Yourself Pancakes at Slappy Cakes

This interactive experience from Portland leaves the pancake-making in your hands. You'll have the option of a chocolate, buttermilk, or peanut butter pancake batter (B150 each) and an array of toppings (B45-B50 each). The handy squeezer the batter comes in allows you control of your pancake and the table-side griddle ensures your cakes can be eaten piping hot.

Served with a brown butter whipped cream, Seed's new brunch offering of fluffy pancakes (B170) are light and airy with a gorgeous dusting of powdered sugar. They look just as good as they taste.

Little Home's Classic Pancakes

We couldn't leave these out. This modest diner has been around for years and their pancakes (B90) are just as good as they were when they first came to Thonglor. The American breakfast offerings are beloved by locals and expats alike—and with good reason.
