This Jun 14-17, French chef Alain Passard returns to Bangkok to pay an exclusive visit at Issaya Cooking Studio.

Considered one of most important French chefs in the world, the master behind the three-Michelin-starred L'Arpège has led the way for vegetable-focused fine dining since completely ditching red meat from his menu in 2001.

Passard also recently topped the 100 Best Chefs in the World 2017 list by France’s Le Chef magazine, which is determined by the votes of Michelin two and three-starred chefs.

During his visit, he’ll throw cooking classes from 11am-2pm (B5,900/person) and chef’s tables from 7pm (B12,500 including wine). Seats are very limited; book yours at booking@issayastudio.com.
