Throughout November, Charoenkrung’s endlessly innovative restaurant 80/20 is welcoming a barrage of guest chefs who share a love for local ingredients.

The collaborative dinners kick off on Nov 12-13 with Chalermpon “Van"  Rohitratana from Rarb and chef Black Panupol from Chiang Mai’s Blackitch.

On Nov 15-16 it’s the turn of chef Chalee Kader from the neighborhood’s buzzing Isaan restaurant 100 Mahaseth and chef Billy Bautisra from La Monita, while Nov 17-18 sees a visit from chef Weerawat "Nhoom" Triyasenawat from Udon Thani’s Samuay and Sons.

Finally, on Nov 19-20, Brazilian chef Maurício Abdalla Thomaz will show what he’s picked from six years in Thailand in kitchens like Nahm and exploration through regions, before he returns home to open a Thai restaurant with a South American twist.

You’ll find each day’s special set menu posted on www.fb.com/8020bkk with prices starting at B2,200. Limited to two rounds of 20 seats per night.

Before then, 80/20's Ronnachai Singnuan and Koranat Robkob will set the scene for the guest chef series with a collaborative dinner of their own on Nov 8-11.

1052-1054 Charoen Krung Rd., 094-118-2200. Open Wed-Mon 6pm-midnight
