BANGKOK RESTAURANT

Pak-Boong

A loft-like restaurant serving Thai street-inspired dishes.

After finding success with Made by Jelly Jan, a cute cupcake store at Siam Paragon, Navanath Sriyuksiri has branched out with this loft-like restaurant which focuses on colorful Thai home-style staples such as pad pak boong kaa pi (stir-fried morning glory with shrimp paste), kao pad linchee (lychee fried rice with chicken and shrimp served with fried egg) and moo pan gon pla in sea (pan-seared minced pork and mackerel). Sweeter options include coconut cake and banana in syrup topped with coconut milk. Parking is available at Saint Gabriel Foundation.
