BANGKOK RESTAURANT

Lambic Eatery

The Laimai area welcomes restaurant from celeb pop-rocker.

Groove Riders’ Burin Boonvisut is the latest celebrity to open a restaurant.

Lambic Eatery sits in Laimai area’s new community mall, where its international offerings are served up amid a friendly-yet-mature barn meets glasshouse space.

Burin got a hand from chef Somkiat "Joke" Pairojmahakih (Seven Spoons) for the menu of pan-seared salmon with mango salsa (B380), mellow lobster bisque (B190) and pizza cooked on lychee wood.

Music ranges from jazz in afternoons to big band at night and the occasional concert from Burin himself. Lambic also has a sister buffet shabu restaurant on the side called Shab Shab Shabu, which starts at B399 per head.
