A Coffee Roaster by Li-bra-ry

Warehouse 30 gets a seriously good coffee roaster

Warehouse 30, Charoenkrung's art and design complex, is putting its coffee in the hands of serial Bangkok cafe openers Li-bra-ry, who now have six spaces across town.

They join with The Fox and the Moon and Summer Heath restaurants in the complex's zone dedicated to food and drink.

For now, The espresso machine here turns out a light, Thai-Brazil roast courtesy of Ceresia Coffee Roasters, with espresso-based coffee starting at B80. Soon, though, they hope to roast their own beans, too.

More leftfield creations include the espresso tonic (B150) with a hint of lemon, and the caffeine-free WTF Chocolate (B180), which blends up of mix of Ferraro Rocher, Kit-Kat, Valrhona chocolate ice cream and whipped cream.

By late October, they hope to have installed their own coffee-roasting machine in order to have the house blend ready by the start of 2018.

They also plan to collaborate with Dheeradon “Gotji” Dissara (head bartender of The Summer Project in Jam Factory and Summer Heath) to roll out cocktails. Stay tuned!
