Thai fine dining restaurant The Celadon serves very, very artfully presented Royal Thai-inspired cuisine. The good news is it’s now somewhat more affordable, with the announcement of three new set lunches (B650-B850) including two mains and one appetizer. Signature dishes include pad Thai gung sod (fried noodles with tamarind sauce and river prawns) and yam som o poo nim (pomelo salad with soft shell crab).
