After 12 years working in internationally-recognized restaurants and hotels like Jumeirah in Dubai, Ermitage and Baur au Lac in Switzerland as well as Bangkok’s Capri, chef Karsten Seyfert has paired up with a friend to open his own restaurant. Avanti is a casual Italian restaurant serving made-from-scratch classics like pizzas, pastas and salads, as well as meat and seafood dishes. They recommend the risotto sausage and pan-seared yellow fin tuna.
