Ristorante Consorzio Takeover

Appia invites Turin's Consorzio to come cook a tasting menu (B1,800) at their homey Sukhumvit Italian restaurant for two nights on Jul 26-27. Piedmont's robust flavors and red meats shine in dishes like roasted veal, sweet breads with smoked apricot, and shallots, and fassona beef cheek stew.
