Roots 8

The owner of Cafe Bangrak, Kook Pacharawan, has founded a new yoga studio, aimed at both beginners and advanced yogis. She’s brought in her own professional Indian yoga mentor, Vivek Singh, to run the place, too. The Indian-loft style studio consists of two yoga rooms—and there’s no air-con so that your body temperature isn’t thrown out of whack. Also on-site is Yogi’s Spicy, which serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine.

With a mission of offering healthy food that also tastes yummy, the kitchen team developed a bunch of low-calorie recipes that they say are high in nutrients while free of chemicals, trans fats, artificial coloring and refined sugars.
