Mikkeller Bangkok welcomes new chef with six-course beer pairing dinner this week

Chef Dan Bark, the former sous chef at the two-star-Michelin Grace Restaurant in Chicago, is now in charge of the kitchen at Mikkeller Bangkok (26 Ekkamai Soi 10, 02-381-9891).
As a taste of what’s to come, on Thursday Sep 11, Chef Dan will host a six-course contemporary American dinner at at another BK favorite, Little Beast, paired with six of Mikkeller’s beers, some of which are exclusive to the dinner. B2,200 per person.
