In the mood for some risotto or pasta? Opposite (Sukhumvit Soi 51, 02-662-6330) in partnership with Electrolux Thailand, seafood specialist Theodore and Campari & Cinzano (Italian wine & spirits manufacturer) has come together inviting you to their Italian pop-up restaurant Crudo: Italian Apertivo (pre-dinner drinks and snacks). 15 dishes will be prepared by former executive sous chef of Angelini at the Shangri-La Hotel, Paolo Vitaletti with seafood dishes prepared by Theodore. Menus include calamari, oysters, wild red snapper and blue crab risotto.
