In the mood for some risotto or pasta? Opposite (Sukhumvit Soi 51, 02-662-6330) in partnership with Electrolux Thailand, seafood specialist Theodore and Campari & Cinzano (Italian wine & spirits manufacturer) has come together inviting you to their Italian pop-up restaurant Crudo: Italian Apertivo (pre-dinner drinks and snacks). 15 dishes will be prepared by former executive sous chef of Angelini at the Shangri-La Hotel, Paolo Vitaletti with seafood dishes prepared by Theodore. Menus include calamari, oysters, wild red snapper and blue crab risotto. Tickets are available at WTF Gallery & Bar (Sukhumvit Soi 51,02-662-6246) B1,800 including food and free flow Apertivo drinks (Campari & Cinzano), Fri 13 & Sat 14, from 7:30pm.
