So Amazing Chefs 2017

For the sixth year, So Sofitel hotel gathers international chefs for six days of dinners, workshops and other culinary treats as part of So Amazing Chefs 2017 on Sep 26-Oct 1. Among the 18 pros are master oyster shucker Jacques Cocollos, visual culinary artist Christopher Lecoutre and chef Nicolas Isnard of the one-Michelin-starred L’Auberge de la Charme, all from France. Returning names include French chocolatier Stephane Bonnat, French chef-restaurateur Laurent Paugeot of the one-Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne, and the hotel’s own executive chef Paul Smart.
