After hosting Blind Date with a Book for two years, contemporary art library The Reading Room (2 Silom Soi 19, 02-635-3674. www.readingroombkk.org) will this year celebrate the month of love with films.
Blind Date with a Film runs from Feb 11-15 at the library.
It works much the same way--participants can drop by and pick out a wrapped DVD, which only tells you the movie's genre and a brief summary. Then you have an entire month to get to know your date.
You will also be given a small card to rate and share your feeling about your dating experience. The whole thing is free, too.
