Artist Yuree Kensaku has spent the past four months transforming the walls of the gallery into a large scale mural depicting an alternative universe with eccentric characters depicting her hopes and fears in a colorful and surreal style.

THEATER: Death Trap

Culture Collective Studio and director Loni Berry presents an adaptation of Ira Levin's 1978 play that holds the record as the longest running comedy-triller on Broadway. The play is a highly self-referiential story about a Broadway playwright struggling to overcome a creative dryspell until he receives a thriller screenplay from one of his students. Tickets are B800-1,000.

THEATER: The Disappearance of the Boy on a Sunday Afternoon

Director Thanaphon Accawatanyu, who won the Best Script award last year at the Bangkok Theater Festival, along with the Splashing Theatre troupe presents a dramatic mystery following a family after their son suddenly disappears. Tickets are B450.

It’s been four years since the bar provided a space for Sathorn’s indie kids to congregate, drink cheap beer and appreciate each others’ art. ART: There I Was, Underground, Bending the Light

Artists Evan Dawson and Paige Phillips, along with a team of performers, present an art installation using fabric to create a pop-up space where the audience will be enclosed with the performers as they perform a surrealistic piece using kaleidescopes, sculptures and light to create a new world.

SPECIAL SCREENINGS: The Good Lie

In the occasion of World Refugee Day, the Bangkok Art and Cultural Center hosts a free screening of Philippe Falardeau's  2014 drama starring Reese Witherspoon which follows a group of Sudanese orphans on a difficult journey to a refugee camp in Kenya. The screening will be accompanied by a photo exhibition capturing refugee life as well as talks by guest speakers.

ART: Hotel Art Fair 

An exhibition which takes the best artworks from the city's top galleries and independent artists, including Serindia Gallery, H Gallery, Atta Gallery and Gallery Ver, and brings them to display inside designer hotel rooms as part of a mobile art exhibition. This year's highlight includes a live drawing performance by Douglas Diaz and celebrity guest curators, Sutima Sucharitakul and Jitsing Somboon, who will also be showing their private art collections.

FAIRS: Sneaker Party Thailand

OUT OF TOWN: Warp Music Festival: Lost on Jupiter

Promising 6 parties over 30 hours featuring 23 artists, Thailand’s “first EDM festival on the beach” returns. Top DJs set to appear include Marshmello (US), an anonymous bassheavy producer who hides behind a glowing white mask, and Lookas (US), who was named in the top 10 of Billboard’s Rising Artist Chart. The line-up also features progressive house duo Matisse & Sadko (Russia), electro artist Valentino Khan (US) and trap DJ Sam Collins (Germany).

WHY NOT: Bangkok Train Station celebrates 100th anniversary

In order to celebrate it's 100th birthday, The Bangkok Train Sation hosts a whole day of traditional shows including the ranad show Hom Rong as well as stand up comedians and plenty of live music. There also promises to be an exhibition detailing the grand history of the station along with State Railway Thailand's 114 years of history. The highlight, however, is the showcase of four old locomotives that have been refurbished with new carriages.
