On Feb 3, Scalini Italian restaurant will host the Beer Discovery Dinner.
A B2,500 ticket grants you a 5-course Tuscan style beer-pairing menu by Chef Edigio Latorraca. As part of the event, the brewmaster of Italy's L’Olmaia brewery, Moreno Ercolani, will fly over from Italy to give a presentation on his brews.
L’Olmaia is a brewery that was founded in 2004 in an old farm-house near Siena, Tuscany, initially as a small firm producing up to 300 litres per batch.
