Bangkok Entrepreneurs August 2012: Business in Myanmar

With the recent visit of Aung San Suu Kyi and Thein Sien, Bangkok Entrepreneurs, a free business networking group along with German Open Young Professionals (a networking group for young entrepreneurs) are hosting a free networking event covering the business end of Myanmar. Business in Myanmar: Risks and Opportunities, as it's called, will feature guest speaker Gary Biesty, member of the board of directors of the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and founder of law firm South Asia Law in Thailand and Myanmar. Topics include current economic and social situations in Myanmar as well as opportunities and risks of investment in the country.
