Headbangers unite, US heavy metal giants Megadeth, who rose to prominence in the 1980s, stop by Bangkok on the back of their thirteenth studio, the aptly named Thirteen.
Pod Thanachai, frontman of 90s alt-rockers Moderndog, and fresh-faced conductor Trisdee na Pattalung team up to perform symphonic arrangements of songs from both the Boyd&Pod project like “Lom Hai Jai” and “Hang Klai Lue Kern” and from Moderndog like “Tim,” “Ta Sawang” and “Sing Tee Mai Kei Bok,” which will be performed by the Siam Sinfonietta Orchestra.
One of the most successful solo pop artists back in the 80s, Danupon “Jae” Kaewkarn returns to the stage to perform his all-time hits like “Sean Rak,” “Pieng Sob Ta” and his most famous, which was recently covered by Ben Chalathit, “Oy Oy.”
Over their two decades in the music scene, alt-rock band Paradox have built a reputation for their super-energetic and theatric performances. Here, the band returns to the stage to play classics like “Rue Doo Ron,” “Nak Maya Kon,” “Sam Miti” and “Pa Ngad Ngum Kham Lok.” Special ticket price of B1,500 inclusive of band t-shirt and underwear.
The French band Limousine, consisting of Laurent Bardainne (saxophone, keyboard and piano), David Aknin (percussion), Maxime Delpierre (guitar) and Federic Soulard (keyboard), celebrate their love of Thai music, especially molam, by collaborating with Yodh Warong, a Thai molam musician they met on their first trip to Thailand.
