1. Stepping out of high school made you feel so grown up.
Finally! You can update your education status on Facebook.

2. You were all excited on your first day of term—and so wanted to keep your peppermints as white as possible.

But after one month just wished you could dress like the Thammasat kids.

3. Within weeks you'd met all these people…

The super hot roon-p...

The dao-duen...

The activist...

And the anti-social.

4. You spent entire days and nights creeping on your university's cute boys and girls fanpages.

5. You couldn't stand it when they'd use the word "freshy" instead of "freshman."

6. You wished your p'rahud would just give you all textbooks, short notes and even last year's test papers.

(Along with a few snacks.)

7. You attended more university activities and events than you did classes. #seemslegit

8. And really hated the rub-nong session.
urgh, class cheer again this evening?

Not to mention those pretend-to-be-strict seniors yelling at you.

And don't even start with the santanakarn and dancing kai-yang.

9. You couldn't wait for the end of class cheer for "welcoming party."

Which meant free food!

And drinks.

Lots of drinks! (Even though you weren't yet legal.)

10. You soon discovered that every university has at least one bar.

Not to mention Khao San.

11. There was at least one gangster roon-p who could get you into the pub.

12. Even though that large group swaggering around was really annoying...

At least most of them would drop out the following year.

13. You were so excited to see how few classes were on your timetable.

14. Till you realized every class took like 3-4 hours.

Which literally felt like forever with some professors.
Lemme out of here!!!!

15. But as much as sometimes you just wanted to run away from it all...

You can always be thankful you only had rub-nong once.
