Hivesters, a Bangkok-based travel and lifestyle activities organizer, is holding Sushi Sunday this Sun (Feb 22) at Teddy Bar and Bistro, with chef Sivaman “Pete” Udomdej, a top sushi chef from Los Angeles.

From 2-5:30pm, you’ll learn a brief history of sushi, get to know about different types of sushi, watch the chef give a demonstration and try your own hand at making sushi, from nigiri to aburi and temaki. 

The organizers say all the ingredients used in the workshop come from sustainable sources.
