Chu's American marshmallow hot chocolate
Chu has a whole page dedicated to hot chocolate, including its signature recipe made by steaming premium French chocolate and full cream milk (B130, hot). Other options include 58-percent or 70-percent dark chocolate, raspberry hot chocolate, Mexican chilli chocolate, Spanish thick chocolate, Parisian, Belgian, American marshmallow and a single origin cacao (all B150 except the single origin B160).

Good One's Chocotheory is jam-packed with four different kinds of chocolate and then topped with white and dark chocolate shavings. This gooey hot choc comes at B120 per cup and makes for the perfect rainy day pick-me-up.

Cafe Reverie's Beast Ever Hot Chocolate
The specialty hot chocolate this Le Cordon Bleu graduate and sister whip up in their fairytale-inspired cafe in Lad Phrao is to die for (B145). Made using quality imported French chocolate which they blend themselves to determine consistency, this warm gooey cup of cocoa pairs all too well with their Peter Pandan dessert (lemongrass, coconut and traditional Thai pandan, B160)

Sukothai's made-to-order 16-variety hot chocolate
Sukothai's Lobby Salon rolls out a liquid chocolate buffet which includes 16 different types of chocolate including 72% Venezuelan, dark chilli, dark orange, 58-percent Belgium and 72-percent classic Swiss chocolate. The buffet also includes vanilla creme brulee, pistachio and chocolate millefeuille, mocha toffee cake and assorted pralines, coming in at a healthy B990.

Rocket's DIY hot cacao
Rocket creates their own signature ganache popsicles using 64-percent Extra-Bitter Guayaquil Cacao which are served beside velvety steamed milk and whipped cream making the whole thing a little more fun (B150). Rumour has it the ganache popsicles will be available for purchase on their own in a Rocket near you soon, too.
