Property developer AP aims to build spaces that suit every kind of lifestyle. With this belief in mind, the company has its sights set on building a harmonious future where all generations can live together.

According to studies, depression among Thailand’s elderly population has been rising—afflicting approximately three out of four people—and AP wants to put an end to this while strengthening family bonds at the same time. Its new campaign, titled “Better Social II”, aims to bring these issues to the forefront and showcase ways everyone can be more inclusive of older loved ones. Through the example of four different influencers, here are a handful of activities you can share with older family and friends to show them you care.

Enjoy a light workout with the MTX Muaythai x Modern Exercise program

Try testing out this light and fun muay Thai class that creatively blends modern workout methods with traditional Thai boxing postures. The workouts aren’t exhaustive or strenuous on the body, which means they can still be fun for people with limited mobility. Former Muay Thai fighter Pudpardnoay “Moo” Worawut and workout guru Panrapats “Pan Pan” Srikirin are great hosts and make for a fun and inspiring workout routine.

Share beauty tips with each other

Famous beauty blogger Jasmine "Mintchyy" Samatchaya invited her mom to join one of her beauty advice videos to share time together and have some fun. It seems like a passion for beauty techniques is in Mintchyy’s genes, because her mom drops some serious beauty knowledge here. The two delve into her mother’s very own secret facial mask formula—breaking down all the necessary ingredients and how to prepare them at home.

Spend some quality time in the kitchen

The founder of Patum-Patan, a massively popular cooking advice page on Facebook, invited her grandma on the channel to share some time-honored cooking secrets. In the clip, her grandma teaches viewers how to make sushi from a cha-om omelet and fresh nam prik, as well as several other great home recipes.

Try a simple bodyweight workout

In one of the most inspiring fitness videos you will see in a while, 75-year-old bodybuilder Damrong “Ban” Channual shares the spotlight with Fahsai Peung-udom, a fitness instructor from the Fit Junctions Facebook page. Seriously, grampa Ban is in better shape than most 35-year-olds, and he shares his regular fitness routine while showing viewers the proper chest fly technique (a basic chest exercise using dumb bells). He also gives insights into life as an older person and offers inspiring advice to younger followers.
